Jason Sepanski formed Florida Commercial Source in January 2007.  He specializes in leasing regional, community and neighborhood shopping centers.  He has in-depth market knowledge and extensive experience in commercial real estate negotiations.  Jason develops and implements aggressive leasing strategies, targeting prospective tenants.  He creates presentations that allow clients to quickly analyze site potential and make effective decisions.  His commercial real estate functions included site selection, land acquisition, permitting, site plan approval, construction management and property management.  Jason  is a member of ICSC and has obtained the Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) designation.
